摘　　要：目的探讨经纤维支气管镜(FOB)支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)术在老年急性炎性肺不张的临床应用。方法对胸片或/和CT、FOB检查确诊为急性炎性肺不张31例老年患者,在心电监护,经皮血氧饱和度监测下床边行BAL治疗。结果老年急性炎性肺不张31例患者经FOB灌洗后,临床症状和胸片明显改善,显效28例,有效3例。结论老年急性炎性肺不张患者在抗感染的基础上,经纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗术是一种有效且安全的方法。[Objective] To study the clinical application of bronchoalveolar lavage（BAL） with bronchofibroscope （FOB） in acute inflammatory pulmonary atelectasis of elderly patients. [Method] Performed BAL at bedside on 31 elderly patients with acute inflammatory pulmonary atclectasis diagnosed by examination of chest X-ray or/and CT, FOB under electrocardio-surveillance and monitoring of the transcutaneous oxygen saturation. [Results] Clinical symptom and chest X-ray were improved significantly. After BAL in the 31 elderly patients with acute inflammatory pulmonary atelectasis.28 cases had excellence, 3 cases were effective. [Conclusion] On the basis of anti-infective therapy, BAL is an effective and safe therapy for acute inflammatory pulmonary atelectasis in elderly patients.
