摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下射频治疗对结肠血管畸形出血的止血疗效。方法应用射频治疗12例结肠血管畸形出血的患者。结果首次治疗12例患者均止血成功,3例复发出血者,2例再次治疗止血成功,1例多发病灶手术治疗。随访1～12个月均无再出血。全部病例治疗中均未发生严重并发症。结论内镜下射频治疗结肠血管畸形出血安全,效果好,尤其适用年老不能耐受手术者,并可反复进行治疗。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of endoscopic radiofrequency in the emergency treatment of hemorrhage caused by vascular malformation of colon. [Methods] 12 patients with gastrointestinal tract bleeding arising from vascular malformation of colon were treated by endoscopic radiofrequency. [Results] First haemostasis was achieved successfully in all of 12 cases. Bleeding recurred in 3 patients. Haemostasis succeeded in 2 patients by endoscopic radiofrequency treatment once again, and 1 case was treated by surgery. No bleeding recurred in all patients during 1 year of follow up. No severe complications were found in all patients during operation. [Conclusions] Endoscopic radiofrequency technique is safe and effective for emergency management of gastrointestinal bleeding arising from vascular malformation of colon, especially for elderly patients who can not tolerate surgical operation, which also can be applied repeatedly.
