摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下射频对短节段Barrett食管(shortsegmentBarrett'sesophagus,SSBE)的疗效及应用价值。方法32例短节段Barrett食管在胃镜下用射频治疗仪对病灶行射频治疗,于术后0.5、1.0和2.0年行胃镜及病理复查。结果32例共行48次、118点治疗,14例行2次以上治疗,术后仅10例出现轻度疼痛;随访受治者均有病灶部位消失或缩小,根治率达59.38%,未发现癌变。结论射频治疗对BE有效,操作简单,不良反应少。[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of radio frequency in the treatment of short-segment Barrett＇s esophagus （SSBE）. [Methods] After the diagnosis as SSBE with endoscopy and pathohistology, 32 patients were treated with radiofrequency treatment apparatus under the gastroscope. All the cases were rechecked by gastroscope and pathology in 6 months and 1 year or 2 years after the treatment. [Results] 48 times and 118 sports were treated in 32 patients and more than two treatments were carried out in 14 patients. Light pain showed in only 10 patients after operation. Lesions disappeared or were deflated in all followed-up patients treated with radiofrequency. The cure rate was 59.38% and the cancerization was not observed. [Conclusion] The clinical experience shows radiofrequency is a effective and convenient method in treating SSBE and the side-effect of it is few.
