畸变产物耳声发射检测对早期梅尼埃病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨早期梅尼埃病的畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)特点。方法选取22例梅尼埃病患者和15例正常对照,分别于口服甘油前及30 m in后测试DPOAE。结果患者组DPOAE幅值在783、1 105、1 560 H z出现下降,与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05),2 kH z以上幅值较对照组偏低,但无明显差异;口服甘油30 m in后,DPOAE幅值在783、1 105、1 560 H z明显升高,与口服前比较有明显差异(P<0.05),较对照组偏低但差异不显著。结论DPOAE有助于早期梅尼埃病的诊断。[Objective] To investigate the characteristic of otoacoustie ernissions（DPOAE） in early Meniere＇s disease. [Method] 22 patients and 15 nomal subjects were selected,DPOAE was tested before and 30rain after glycerol application. [Result] The amplitude of DPOAE in patients was decreased and had statistical significance in 783,1 105 and 1 560 Hz,was slightly lower in frequence above 2 kHz and had no significance. The amplitude was apparently increased in 783, 1 105 and 1 560 Hz after glycerol application, hut was lower than that of controls. [Conelusion] DPOAE is valuable in diagnosis of early Meniere＇s disease.
