摘 要:针对民航飞机结构和故障机理复杂的特性,建立了基于Petri网的民航飞机故障诊断工作流模型。该模型将工作流技术引入民航飞机故障诊断领域,指出民航飞机工卡可反映故障诊断过程,并总结了民航飞机工卡记录的工作流程。分析该模型的性质说明可以进行简化、合并等操作。以水平安定面铰链磨损检查的转化和简化工作为例,说明了方法的有效性。Aiming at the problem that simplifies the process of the fault diagnosis with is caused by the complexity of the structure and fault mechanisms, a workflow model of fault diagnosis based on Petri Nets is presented. Workflow theory is introduced into the field of fault diagnosis of the civil aircraft in the model. With the model being adopted, the task cards of civil aircraft can reflect the process of fault diagnosis and sum up work process recorded in task cards. To analyse the property of the workflow model indicates that the model can be further reduced and merged. The method is used in a hinge wear inspection example of Horizontal stabilizer to testify its efficiency.
