银杏叶分散片制剂工艺研究

摘　　要：目的制备银杏叶分散片。方法选用低取代羟丙基纤维素等为崩解剂,采用崩解剂内加和外加相结合的方法制成分散片,并对其热、湿、光等稳定性进行考察,以总黄酮进行质量控制。结果本方法工艺简单,稳定性好,且分散片在1 min内崩解,含量均匀,符合分散片的各项指标。结论本品达到分散片的要求,制剂稳定。OBJECTIVE To prepare dispersible ginkgo leaf extracts tablets. METHODS Ls-HPC was used as the disintegrant to prepare the tablets in 2 ways： endo and exo, and we investigated the stability of heat, moist and light. It was quality controlled with the total content of flavones. RESULTS It is a simple and stable method. The tablets all disaggregated in 1 minute and the amount distributed equally, meeting the requirements of all the indexes of tablets. CONCLUSIONS It has met all the requirements of dispersible tablets.
