摘　　要：针对影响高速公路特许经营投资的风险进行分析,在模糊数学原理基础上运用层次分析法,建立了高速公路特许经营项目风险模糊综合评价模型。通过模型在工程实践中的应用,验证了模糊综合评价法在风险评价中的有效性和可操作性。The influential factors of the risks assessment of expressway concessionary project were analyzed. Based on fuzzy mathematics principle, analytic hierarchy process were used and as a result, the model of the comprehensive appraisal method of fuzzy and AHP was set up in the risks assessment of expressway concessionary project. The validity and practicability of the risks assessment of expressway concessionary project was verified after the model had been applied to the practice of a project.
