摘 要:计算了装载机工作装置油气减振系统的固有频率,得出了蓄能器充气压力和负载变化对系统固有频率的影响。根据系统简化的单自由度振动模型列出运动方程,编程运算得到装载机满载和空载两种状况下,路面激励频率、蓄能器充气压力和油气减振系统油液管路内径对动臂的振幅衰减效果影响。The natural frequency of the hydropneumatic vibration reduction system of loader working device was calculated in this paper, the variation of load and charging pressure of accumulator were considerated in calculation. According to single - freedom vibration model, kinematical equation was established, and by means of programmed algorithm,the effect of road excitation and charging pressure of accumulator and inner diameter of hose of hydropneumatic vibration reduction system on vibration reduction performance was obtained in full load condition and no load condition.
