摘 要:为有效解决战时长江铁路保障问题,提出了利用多用途浮箱和铁路舟桥器材拼组简易铁路轮渡的设想。结合船舶在波浪中的运动理论,建立了简易铁路轮渡在风载和波浪作用下的运动方程,计算了简易铁路轮渡在长江中下游段(B级航区)的通载性和稳定性。拼组的轮渡满足在长江中下游渡运重装备的通载和稳性要求,可在紧急状态用于驳运重装备,从而论证了应急使用的可行性。计算表明,浮基宽度对通载性影响显著,在设计中应处理好环境条件与通过增加宽度提高通载性的关系。In order to solve the problem of railway-support on the Yangtze River, the proposal to combine simple railway ferry by using multi-purpose pontoon and the railway float bridge equipment was put forwad, and its traffic capability was analyzed. In light of the theory of float movement in the wave, the equation of the simple railway ferry was built. Based on the calculation of the traffic capability and stability of the simple railway ferry in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, a conclusion was made that the ferry can satisfy the request for transporting heavy weaponry and equipment in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and the feasibility to use the ferry in emergency was demonstrated. Thecalculation makes it clear that the width of the floating base affects the traffic capability markedly, so the relation between environmental conditions and the ways to improve traffic capability by adding width should be handled appropriately in planning.
