摘  要:主要介绍了小压差弹簧喷嘴的冷态试验和结果分析。弹簧喷嘴是除氧设备中的关键部件,它的性能直接影响除氧器的安全稳定运行和在各种工况下给水的出力、温度和含氧量能否达到预期运行效果。为适应市场需要,我们开发研制了小压差弹簧喷嘴。小压差弹簧喷嘴可用于超临界、亚临界300 MW和600 MW等大机组除氧设备。This article has mainly introduced the cold mode test and the result analysis of the spring nozzle with small pressure difference. The spring nozzle is the key component in the deaerator whose performance directly influences the safe and stable operation of the deaerator and the expected results of the feedwater output, temperature and oxygen content in diversified conditions. The spring nozzle with small pressure difference is developed for adapting the needs of the power market, and it may be applied in the deaerator of the 300MW, 600MW super critical and sub-critical power units.
