摘 要:对于复杂快速反应,反应物之间能否快速均匀地混合是影响反应转化率、选择性和收率的重要因素,而喷射器作为一种高效混合设备,以它固有的优越性,越来越受重视。本文以酸碱快速中和反应为例,利用CFX5软件,采用k-s模型.将主动流体与引射流体的速度,在不同比值下对反应的影响作了模拟,结果表明,流速比决定反应的速度,流速比越大则反应越快,消耗的动力也越多,因此对于实际的喷射反应器,它必然有一个最优的速度比值。另外,本文还对流速比确定,不同反应物浓度比对反应的影响进行了模拟,结果表明浓度比对反应的影响很小,可以忽略。For complicated quick reaction, whether reactants can mix quickly and evenly is an important factor which influences conversion, selectivity and yield. As a high efficiency mixer, ejector is used as a reactor which has the intrinsic superiority. It has received much more attention increasingly. Acid-base neutralization is employed as an example in this work. Effect of ejector velocity ratio (mean the working flow velocity/mean the secondary flow velocity) with quantitive reactant on reaction is analyzed with the help of software CFX5 used κ-ε model. The result shows that velocity ratio influences the quick reaction characteristics. The higher the velocity ratio is, the faster the reaction happens. But power will be consumed much more with the higher velocity ratio. Thus, for an actual jet reactor, there is an optimal value of velocity ratio. In addition, effect of various concentration on reaction is also investigated. The simulation result shows that concentration ratio influences the reaction so lightly that it can be neglected.
