摘  要:对色谱分析过程的理论研究和实验,运用Actionscript程序建立了场景式实时交互气相色谱网络化虚拟仪器与虚拟实验室,根据色谱柱效与载气流速及柱温之间的关系.以醇系物考察对象构建了不同分析条件下保留参数的预测模型,并椐此模型优化了程序设计。在所建立的气相色谱网络虚拟仪器上,可动态实时绘制出不同操作条件下的色谱流出曲线,并可通过动态实时交互来改变载气流速、分离柱温度、进样量及试样组成等参数,模拟获得最佳流速、理论塔板高度及定量计算等虚拟实验结果,并列表给出了各种模拟计算与实验值问的对比结果。所开发的网络虚拟色谱仪具有逼真的场景,可按真实仪器操作过程进行各种模拟操作,对于仪器的操作培训、色谱实验的网络学习具有较大的应用价值。On the basis of gas chromatographic theory and real experimental processes, a real time interactive virtual GC apparatus was built with ActionScript program. According to the relationship between the alcohols retention parameters and the flow rate of carrier gas as well as column temperature, a predicted model of alcohols retention parameters in different experimental conditions was constructed. Followed with this model the design program was optimized. With the application of this built web virtual GC apparatus,chromatographic curves could be drawn interactively,dynamicaUy and time-on-stream and the simulated results such as the optimum flow, minimum plate height and the reports of quantitative calculation were obtained by changing the simulated experimental conditions. Moreover, the comparison of the simulated calcultion and the actual experimental results was also listed out. All these indicated that the web virtual GC apparatus and virtual lab could provide us a vivid scene of GC analytic process and simulated practice like the actual experimental operation. It is of great value to learn gas chromatographic theory and train practice.
