摘 要:目的:研究支架植入后血管内膜增生状况,血管内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、血栓素B2(TXB2)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量的变化及硫酸镁对它们的影响。方法:取新西兰大耳白兔20只,以右股动脉作为介入手术区,制作腹主动脉支架模型,随机分为两组:硫酸镁治疗组和对照组,各10只。分别于术前、术后14 d取血分析ET、AngⅡ、TXB2和hs-CRP含量的变化。术后90 d处死动物,取支架段血管测定管腔面积,内膜厚度和内膜面积。结果:术前两组ET、AngⅡ、TXB2和hs-CRP水平无明显差异(P>0.05);术后14 d硫酸镁治疗组和对照组上述指标依次分别为(305.89±15.34):(328.42±20.36)μg/L,P<0.05;(338.24±23.18):(351.37±13.25)μg/L,P<0.05;(119.52±8.62):(127.54±7.48)μg/L,P<0.05;(3.91±0.69):(4.30±0.47)mg/L,P<0.05。术后90 d取支架血管段测定血管腔面积、血管内膜厚度、血管内膜面积两组分别(2.85±0.26):(2.07±0.29)mm2,P<0.05;(0.22±0.14):(0.39±0.21)mm2,P<0.05;(0.73±0.30):(1.21±0.25)mm2,P<0.05。结论:硫酸镁可明显减轻支架植入后ET、AngⅡ、TXB2和hs-CRP的表达和内膜增生程度。Objective: To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate on the restenosls of rabbits abdominal aorta stem model. Methods: Twenty rabbits were randomly allocated into two groups and all stent implanted by right femoral arteries: magnesium sulfate (MgS) group [treated with intravenous 25% MgS (300mg/kg) + 10% glucose, 30ml/d, for 14 days], and control group (treated with intravenous 10% glucose, 30ml/d, for 14 days). Before stenting the serum level of endothelin (ET), angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ), thromboxaneB2 (TXB2), high sensitivity C-reactive protien (hs CRP) were measured and repeated it on 14 d after treatment. All stents sites were analyzed morphomentritally on the end of trial (on 90 d after sent implanted). Results: Compated with control group, therapy of MgS reduced the level of serum ET. Ang Ⅱ TXB2 and hs-CRP: [ (305.89±15.34) vs, (328.42±20.36) μg/L, P〈 0. 05], [ (338. 24±23.18) vs. (351.37±3.25) μg/L, P〈±0. 05], [ (119.52±8. 62) vs, (127.54±7. 48) μg/L, P〈0. 05], [ (3.91 ±0. 69) vs. (4. 30±0. 47) mg/L, P〈0.05] in order respectively; the luminal area was (2. 85 ±0.26) vs, (2, 07±0. 29) mm^2 , neointima thickness was (0.22±0.14) vs, (0.39±0. 21) mm, P〈0.05, intimal area was (0. 73±0.30) vs. (1.21±0.25) mm^2, P〈0.05, in order repectively on 90 d after stem implanted, Conclusion: The magnesium sulfate can reduce the reaction of inflammation and platelet; prevent stem restenosis in the rabbits abdominal aorta stent model.
