摘  要:目的:观察内毒素休克大鼠胸主动脉平滑肌细胞超微结构的改变,探讨血管低反应性的发生机制。方法:大鼠经股静脉注射脂多糖(LPS)10 mg/kg或5 mg/kg,监测平均动脉压及心率,在动物死亡时或注药6 h后取胸主动脉制备HE染色切片和电镜切片,镜下观察。结果:各组标本主动脉平滑肌细胞光镜下未见明显病变,电镜下LPS组出现囊泡减少,密斑、密体减少,10 mg/kg LPS组部分细胞出现早期凋亡的表现。结论:内毒素休克大鼠胸主动脉平滑肌细胞内囊泡与密斑、密体的减少可能导致胸主动脉平滑肌细胞收缩功能下降。Objective: To investigate the ultrastmctural changes of thoracic aortic smooth muscle cells in rats with endotoxic shock and to explore the mechanism of vascular hyporeacfivity. Methods: Lipapolysaccharide (LPS) of 10 and 5 mg/kg was injected into Wistar rats via femoral vein to induce septic shock. The mean arterial pressure and heart rate were measured. The tissues of thoracic aorta were sampled after the rats were died or 6 hours after the injection of LPS and observed under fight and electron microscopes, respectively. Results: No change was found in thoracic aortic smooth muscle cells under light microscope. The vesicle, dense patch, and dense body decreased in LPS group under electron microscope. Conclusion: The decrease of vesicle, dense patch, and dense body may result in vascular hyporeacfivity of thoracic aortic smooth muscle cells.
