摘 要:目的:观察颈交感神经干离断(TCST)对妊娠期高血压疾病(PIH)大鼠多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及肾上腺素(E)含量的影响。方法:妊娠大鼠随机分对照组(A):自妊娠14 d开始皮下注射生理盐水至孕20 d;PIH 1组、2组(B1,B2):自妊娠14 d开始皮下注射左硝基精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)分别为12.5、6.25 mg/(100 g.d),至孕20 d;手术组(C):妊14 d行右TCST,余同B1;假手术组(D):妊14 d行右颈交感神经干分离,但不离断,余同B1。孕21 d经腹主动脉取血。结果:血压除妊13,14 d,尿蛋白除妊13 d外,B1、B2组的血压和尿蛋白值明显高于A组(P<0.01);B1组明显高于B2组(P<0.01);血浆中NE和E含量B1、B2组明显高于A组(P<0.01,P<0.05);B1组明显高于C组(P<0.01,P<0.05);NE含量B1组明显高于B2组(P<0.05);DA无明显变化。结论:TCST可防治大鼠PIH的发生,可能与其维持体内儿茶酚胺的稳定有关。Objective: To observe the effect of the transection of cervical sympathetic tnmk (TCST) on the levels of catecholamlne including dopemine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine in rats with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). Methods: Pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group ( group A), PIH group 1 ( group B1 ), PIH group 2 ( group 132), surgery group (group C), and sham-surgery group (group D). Saline, Ng-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) of 12.5 rag/(100 g · d), and L-NAME of 6.25 mg/(100 g · d) were injected subcutaneously from day 14 to 20 of gestation in group A, group B1, and group B2, respectively. On day 14 of gestation, right TCST was performed in group C, and the cervical sympathetic truck was isolated but not transeeted in group D. Results: The blood pressure (except on day 13 and 14 of gestation) and urine protein (except on day 13 of gestation) in group B1 and group 132 were much higher than those in group A (P 〈 0.01), and in group B1 they were much higher than those in group B2 ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The plasma norepinephrine and epinephrine levels in group B1 and group 132 were much higher than those in group A ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05), and in group B1 they were much higher than those in group C ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05). The plasma norepinephrine level in group B1 was much higher than that in group 132 ( P 〈 0. 05). No marked change of dopamine level was found. Conclusion: TCST could prevent PIH in rats and may be associated with the maintenance of catecholamine level.
