摘 要:目的:探讨外阴真皮组织内血管形成及密度(MVD)改变与外阴皮肤黏膜上皮内非瘤样病变(NNEDV)及外阴上皮内瘤变(VIN)的关系。方法:血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),人原始造血细胞抗原(CD34)染色采用免疫组织化学S-P法。结果:外阴硬化性苔藓(LS)和VIN中VEGF高表达与正常皮肤比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。LS和VIN中MVD与正常皮肤比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:LS组织中存在微循环障碍,局部缺血缺氧,代偿性刺激血管生成因子表达增高。Objective: To investigate the relationship of angiogenesis and mierovessel density (MVD) with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva (NNEDV) and valvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN). Methods: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and human hematopoietie progeuitor cell antigen (CD34) were stained with S-P immunohistochemieal method. Results: The expression of VEGF in lichen selerosus (LS) and VIN was significantly higher than that in normal tissues ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of CD34 in VIN was significantly higher than that in normal tissues ( P 〈 0.05), and in LS it was significantly lower than that in normal tissues ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Microcirculation disorder may be involved in IS, and it can cause ischemia and hypoxia and stimulate high expressions of angiogenie factors.
