摘 要:对用于承载部件的动静压支承滑动轴承进行了弹性流体润滑分析.采用有限元方法产生柔度矩阵计算动静压支承滑动轴承的弹性变形,并在考虑滑动轴承弹性变形下,得出其动压效应随轴承转速的变化、承载能力随偏心率的变化以及静刚度随偏心率的变化情况.结果表明,在弹性流体润滑分析中,用柔度矩阵法可以准确计算动静压支承滑动轴承的弹性变形以及承载性能.The elastohydrodynamic lubrication effect of the dynamic and static back journal bearing used as supporting part was analyzed. Flexibility matrix was generated with finite element method (FEM) to get the elastic deformation of dynamic and static back journal bearing. Under the consideration of elastic deformation of dynamic and static back journal bearing, the change of dynamic effect with rotational speed and the change of carrying ability and static rigidity with eccentricity were analyzed. The results show that it is feasible to calculate the elastic deform and carrying ability of dynamic and static back journal bearing accurately with the method of flexibility matrix in the analysis of elastohydrodynamic lubrication.
