摘 要:针对一实际空间用单一压力容器氢镍电池的实际传热特点,建立氢镍电池电堆的传热数学模型,采用有限差分的数值求解方法,对电堆中间层单片电池求解,并与实际测量数据进行对比.在验证模型有效性的基础上,分析了极堆内电池的温度场分布特点,为氢镍电池的热分析和热控制研究提供了理论基础.According to the heat transfer characteristics of a practical individual pressure vessel (IPV) Ni-H2 battery, the mathematical model for the stack in the battery was established and a computational fluid dynamic method (CFD) was adopted. By comparing the temperature measurements in the outside of stack with the simulation results, the model was verified. On this base, the temperature distribution in the middle stack was analyzed. It is found, for example, the temperature is uniform in the middle stack. With the increases of discharge time, the stack temperature increases correspondingly. This work provides a necessary foundation for the thermal control and its thermal design of IPV Ni-H2 battery.
