摘 要:以低压轴流风扇叶片为研究模型,对不同周向弯曲叶轮的三维粘性流场进行了计算.通过对比分析,讨论了它们在气动性能上各自的特点,同时利用试验的方法对上述计算进行了验证.结果表明:计算值与试验测量结果吻合得较好;在相同工况下做比较发现,叶片适当的周向前弯虽然造成全压和效率有所下降,但却改善了上、下端壁附近的流动状况,延迟了流动分离的出现,大幅度拓宽了叶轮的稳定工作范围.通过综合的评价和分析,最后给出了改善叶轮性能的周向前弯角度范围.The rotors with stacking line composed of line and arc were selected as research models in the low pressure axial flow fans. The three dimensional viscous flow fields in the fans with different circumferential skewed rotors were computed. The rotors include radial rotors, forward-skewed rotors and backward-skewed rotors. The results were compared and analyzed and the characteristics of the rotors on aerodynamic performance were showed. In the experiment, the three kinds of circumferential skewed rotors were measured on aerodynamic performance. The experimental results were compared with the computational ones, which show that the computational results agree well with the experimental data. In the same operation condition, the aerodynamic performance of the rotors were compared and analyzed. Within certain circumferential skew angles, the forward-skewed rotors reduce the total pressure and efficiency, but can improve the flow surrounding upper and lower endwalls and delay flow separation and greatly extend the range of steady operation condition of the fans. Finally, the range of the circumferential forward skew angle was presented.
