红树林植物老鼠簕化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究红树林植物老鼠筋Acanthus ilicifolius的化学成分。方法：用色谱法分离,用理化性质及波谱方法鉴定结构。结果：分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为甜菜碱(1),苯乙醇-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-D-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),苯乙醇-8-0-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),类叶升麻苷(4),异类叶升麻苷(5),苯甲醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),香草酸(7)。结论：1,3,6和7为首次从老鼠筋属植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Acanthus ilicifolius. Method： Chromatographic methods were used to isolate compounds from A. ilicifolius, and chemical and spectroscopic methods were used to elucidate the structures of the isolated compounds. Result： Seven compounds, betaine （1） , phenylethyl-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl- （1→2） 38-D-glucopyranoside （2）, phenylethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （3）, acteoside （4）, isoacteoside （$）, benzyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （6） and vanillic acid （7） were obtained. Conclusion： 1, 3, 6 and 7 were obtained from the genus for the first time.
