摘 要:冷气溶胶是近年来消防方面研究的焦点.采用气流粉碎方法制备出了满足灭火和抑爆粒径要求的超细粉体,通过选择合适的表面改性分散剂,运用透射电子显微镜,分析并讨论了不同表面改性剂浓度对分散效果的影响.结果表明:利用气流粉碎方法能制得粒度满足要求的超细冷气溶胶,在表面改性剂浓度为0.5%的情况下,其粉体分散效果较好,不易团聚.The cold aerosol has been the focus of fire fighting study recently. The airstream crushing method is adopted to manufacture the minute powder which can satisfy the need of fire fighting and explosion repressing. The right surface character dispersant is chosen and the transmission electron microscope is also used. The influence of different concentration of surface character dispersant on the dispersing is analyzed and discussed. The results show that the cold aerosol can be made by the airstream crushing method and when the concentration is 0.5 %, the dispersing effect is the best and the powder is not easy to reunite, which satisfies the need.
