摘  要:利用氧化铝溶出法、强度对比法研究了热工制度对煅烧高岭土活性的影响,并进行了相关的机理研究。结果表明:快速升温提高了高岭土的脱水温度,加大升温和冷却速度均提高脱水高岭土的活性,高岭土的最佳煅烧制度为850℃下的急烧急冷。其作用机理是:快速升温加大了—OH脱除时对晶体结构的冲击力,造成更大的晶体结构缺陷;提高冷却速度,可以防止脱水产物结晶,保持脱水产物的高温状态,因而提高其活性。Using measure the amount of aluminium oxide which dissolve in the hydrochloric acid solution and the method of intensity contrast, we research the effect of different thermal regulation for calcined kaolin' s activity and correlative mechanics are studied, The result indicate that dehydration temperature of kaolin will be heightened when we ues high heating rate, metakaolin' s activity will be increase if we raise the speed of heating and cooling, optimally calcination system is high heating and high cooling at 850℃. The mechanics is that the force of impact for crystal structure when--OH are took out will be enhance, so the crystal structure will have more defect; improving cooling speed can avoid that caclined product change to crystal and maintain the product at it' s condition of high temperature, so, the activity is improved.
