摘  要:太钢1650m3高炉大修投产2年零4个月后,炉缸、炉底温度持续升高,采取降低冶炼强度,提高钒钛矿配比、限产、增大冷却水量、降低冷却水水温等措施后,炉缸、炉底温度的上升仍未得到根本控制,遂采取在炉缸、炉底增装冷却装置措施,炉缸、炉底温度才趋于稳定。The temperature of urn and bottom goes up continuously after the 1650m^3 blast furnace had been repaired 2 years and 4 months. Though the measure had been adopted,for example,lower the strength of iron making, raise the ratio of V and Ti,limit produce, enlarge quantity of cool water,lower the temperature of cool water,the temperature still can not be controlled. When the cool device had been installed,the temperature of blast furnace urn and bottom tends to stability.
