摘 要:目的探讨提高护理人员应对突发事件能力的培训方法。方法采用集中理论培训、模拟训练、个别培训等方式对护理人员进行培训,将应对突发事件能力考核纳入护理质量管理体系,制定考核内容及评价标准。结果护理人员应对突发事件的能力有了较大提高,2005年全院护理人员应急流程培训率达95.5%,流程知晓率达95.3%,与2004年相比,全院护理人员对突发事件应急流程执行合格率有明显提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),对发生的69起突发事件抢救成功率达96.8%。结论对护理人员应对突发事件能力进行培训,并将其考核纳入护理质量管理体系是提高其应对突发事件能力的有效方法。Objective To explore the training methods to improve nurses' ability of coping with accidents. Method The following methods were adopted in the training,such as theory training,simulated practice and individualized training. The evaluation of nurses' ability of coping with accidents was integrated into the quality control system in nursing management. The contents and standards of evaluation were established. Results The nurses' ability of coping with accidents was improved obviously. In year 2005 ,the participation rate of training of emergency flow among nursing staff achieved to 95.5% , and the awareness rate achieved to 95.3%. The qualification rate of performance of emergency flow was significantly increased compared with that of year 2004 ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). The success rate of first - aid for 69 cases of accidents achieved to 96.8%. Conclusion It is an effective method to improve nurses' ability of coping with accidents to provide training and integrate the evaluation into the quality control system.
