摘　　要：目的探讨实现人本管理的护理工作模式。方法以整体护理为基础,以人文精神为指导,以医院管理年为契机,构建从病人入院到出院全过程实现“绿色护理、安全护理和人性化护理”的工作模式。结果开展新的护理工作模式后,病人对护理工作满意度提高。结论新型护理工作模式的实施,加强了护理工作的内涵建设,使整体护理得到了持续发展,护理工作基本实现了“以病人为中心,全面提高医疗服务质量”的医院管理年活动主题。Objective To explore the nursing mode of humanistic management. Methods Baaed on the holistic nursing and humanistic principle,the ＂green, safe and humanistic＂ nursing mode was constructed from patients＇ admission to discharge under the moment of ＂Year of Hospital Management＂. Results As a result, the patients＇ satisfaction was increased after the practice of the new nursing mode. Conclusions The practice of new nursing mode strengthened the connotation construction of nursing, promoted the sustainable development of holistic nursing, achieved the goal of the program of ＂improving the general quality of medical service baaed on patient - centered principle＂.
