综合性介入治疗规范化护理管理模式的构建

摘　　要：目的通过构建规范化的介入护理管理模式,提高介入治疗的护理质量和工作效率。方法将导管室与涉及介入治疗科室的护理人员组成介入护理团队,研制应用规范的护理表格,衔接术前访视、术前病人准备、术中护理配合流程、术后并发症预防、健康教育、心理护理和饮食护理等护理工作,成立介入护理质量控制小组,完善质量评价标准。结果病人满意度明显提高(2=46.64,P<0.01);病人的介入知识健康教育覆盖率达100.0%;急诊病人的抢救成功率达96.0%;心内科病人的平均住院日由16.4 d下降为14.3 d;护士的介入知识培训率达100.0%;发表介入护理论文18篇,参与“介入护理管理”等著作4万余字的编写。结论介入治疗规范化护理模式可以提高护理质量和工作效率。Objective To construct standardized nursing management mode for intervenfional therapy, in order to improve the quality and egieiency of interventional nursing. Method A nursing team for interventional therapy was established to develop standardized nursing sheet, enordinate the hunting works in different stages, including preoperative visit, patients preparation, cooperation during operations, prevention of postoperative complications, health education,psychologlcal care and diet instruction. Moreover,a supervision team was set up to control the quality of interventional mming and the quality control standards was established. Result As a result, patients＇ satisfaction was increased significantly （ X^2 = 46.64; P 〈 0.01 ）. The rate of patieats health education achieved to 100.0%. The success rate of rescue for emergency patients achieved to 96.0%. The mean hospitalization day was reduced from 16.4 days to 14.3 days in cardiovascular department. Nurses＇ participation rate of interventional therapy training was 100.0%. The nurses published 18 eases of papers and participated in the writing of texthooks of interventional nursing management more than 40 000 words. Couclasion The standardized nursing mode for interventional therapy can improve the quality and efficiency of nursing.
