中越边民跨国婚姻法律问题探析

摘　　要：中越边民的跨国婚姻自古以来就存在,因为他们地域相连,文化相似,语言相通。随着中国改革开放、睦邻友好政策的进一步实施,这种跨国婚姻必定越来越多。目前,这种跨国婚姻还存在办理结婚登记手续难、申请加入国籍难、加入户籍难等问题。这些问题给家庭、社会带来诸多影响。要解决这些问题,有必要采取系列措施,尤其是在法制方面进行一系列完善。The marriages of the Cross-borders between Sino-Vietnam have existed years ago for their regions connected, their culture conformed and the language communicated. With the further implement of the reformed-open policy and the policy of Good Relations of Neighborhoods in China, the cross-border marriages would became popular. Currently, this kind of marriages are suffered, it is so hard to register that these Vietnam women have difficulty to obtain household register and the Chinese nationality . These problems bring many influence for family and society. To solve these problems, serial measures should be taken, especially, the legal system necessarily need perfect.
