川西白马庙低产浅井泡排试验及认识

摘　　要：川西白马庙蓬莱镇组浅层气藏气井大都为低产有水气井，产气量为1000～3000m^3／d。由于产气量降低后气井自身带液能力下降，一些气井只能间歇开采甚至被水淹停产，需要实施泡排工艺以维持气井正常生产。白浅36井和白浅33井是此类气井中有代表性的气井，通过对两井的泡沫排水采气工艺的研究和现场试验，确定了适合的起泡剂，并取得了很好的现场泡排试验效果，使原来间歇生产的气井恢复了连续生产。现场试验表明，对于1000m左右的浅井，在气产量低至1000m^3／d左右时，仍适合采取泡排工艺；因水淹停产的产水量较少的气井，采用多次加注适合的起泡剂、放喷带液、关井复压的操作，可以逐渐恢复气井的生产。There are many low-yield and producing water gas wells in the Baimamiao gas field of the western Sichuan province. These well's output is between 1000~3000 m3/d and the depth is 750~1500 m. Because the liquid-producing capacity is falling down with the output reducing, some wells can be intermittent opened or closed. So, these wells need to adopt the foam carrier technique to maintain the normal production. The Baiqian 36 well and Baiqian 33 well are representative wells among this kind of wells. Through the research of foam carrier technique and the field experiment in the two wells, we have chosen a compatible foam agent and obtained very well effect, making the well continue to produce again. The field experiment indicate that the wells that depth is about 1000 m, gas yield is about 1000 m3/d, adopt to the foam carrier technique; the wells can reproduce through many times operation of injecting foam agent, opening to dewater, well shut-in to recover pressure; the individual well that has no wellsite facility can inject foam agent intermittently at wellhead and inject antifoamer at gas gathering station, and can obtain very well flowing back result.
