摘 要:CaSO4·2H2O、CaCO3是油田采出水中的主要成垢物质,但对高矿化度油田采出水还缺乏以上两种物质的溶解度基础数据,影响了油田采出水结垢预测的准确性。实验测定了油田采出水常见成分NaCl、KCl、Mg2+等浓度变化对CaSO4·2H2O和CaCO3(方解石态)溶解度的影响,总结了其对CaSO4·2H2O和CaCO3(方解石态)溶解度的影响规律。以期为预测CaSO4·2H2O和CaCO3(方解石态)在油田采出水中的溶解度和探索高矿化度油田采出水成垢机理提供基础数据。CaSO_4·2H_2O and CaCO_3 are the most common and important scale-forming minerals in oilfield produced water, but the mechanism of CaSO_4·2H_2O and CaCO_3 scale formation has not been revealed clearly, partly due to the lack of reliable solubility data in high salinity oilfield produced water. In this paper, the solubility of CaSO_4·2H_2O and CaCO_3 in distilled water at a series of temperature was experimentally determined. The solubility measurement was done in NaCl, KCl and MgCl_2 aqueous solution, with concentration respectively up to 300g NaCl /L, 160g KCl /L and 300mg Mg 2+/L. The relationship of CaSO_4·2H_2O and CaCO_3 solubility to the electrolytes concentration was plotted based on experimental data. The results were expected to be used in predicting of solubility of CaSO_4·2H_2O and CaCO_3 in high salinity oilfield produced water.
