切断雄鼠单侧坐骨海绵体肌对勃起功能影响的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨单侧坐骨海绵体肌损伤是否会引起勃起功能障碍。方法选用生殖期雄性大白鼠30只,随机分为单侧手术组(20只),双侧手术组(5只)和非手术组(5只)。单侧手术组切断一侧坐骨海绵体肌;双侧手术组切断双侧坐骨海绵体肌。手术后1周选用育龄期雌性大白鼠30只随机与上述三组一一配对饲养,观察2个月。了解三组配对雌鼠受孕情况,并通过对生育的影响推断勃起功能障碍。结果单侧手术组雄鼠死亡2只,雌鼠18只受孕,受孕率94．7％。双侧手术组雄鼠死亡1只,雌鼠5只均未受孕,受孕率为0。非手术组5只均受孕,受孕率100％。单侧手术组与双侧手术组雌鼠受孕率情况比较有非常显著性差异(P<0．001)。而与非手术组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论切断雄鼠单侧坐骨海绵体肌不导致永久性勃起功能障碍及不育。Objective To investigate the relation between the trauma of one-side of ischiocavernosus muscle and erectile dysfunction. Methods 30 male wistar rats in procreative period were selected and divided into 3 group randomly： section of one-side of ischiocavernosus group （n=20）, section of both sides of ischiocavernosus group （n=5） and non-operation group （n=5）. In the first group, one side of ischiocavernosus was severed by operation; in the second group, both sides of ischiocavernosus were severed by operation. One week after operations, 30 female wistar rats in procreative period were selected to match with the male rats one-to-one randomly. After 2 months of breeding, pregnancy of these matching female rats were recorded, Thereby,deducing erectile dysfunction from the influence of procreation. Results Two died in the first group, and 18 female rats got pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 94.7%. In the second group, 1 male rat died, all of the 5 female rats were not pregnant, the rate was 0, while in the non-operated group the pregnancy rate was 100%. There was distinct discrepancy between the first group and the second group （P〈0.001）, but no discrepancy between the first group, with the non-operation group （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Severance of one-side of ischiocavernosus will not lead to permanent erectile dysfunction and infertility.
