^(32)P敷贴与微波治疗阴茎尿道口尖锐湿疣疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨32P对阴茎尿道口尖锐湿疣的治疗效果和临床应用价值。方法选择阴茎尿道口尖锐湿疣患者152例,分成两组:(1)微波治疗组76例。在局麻下通过微波将病灶凝固致死;(2)32P敷贴治疗组76例。取无菌棉球,滴入32P液晾干,放入阴茎尿道外口固定,敷贴时间3h。间隔一周重复治疗,直至痊愈。观察两组疗效、毒副作用及并发症。结果(1)微波组临床治愈率、复发率、副作用和并发症发生率分别是55．3％、44．7％、84．2％、36．8％;(2)32P敷贴组分别是86．8％、7．9％、9．2％、10．5％。两组疗效差异显著(P<0．01)。结论32P敷贴治疗阴茎尿道口尖锐湿疣,方法简便安全,疗效显著,复发率低,副作用少,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of 32p in the treatment of membrane urethra meatus Condyloma acuminate. Methods 152 cases who had membrane urethra meatus Condyloma acuminate were divided into two groups： （1）microwave therapy group （76 patients）： The lesions were caused to necrosis by coagulating with microwave therapy instrument under local anesthesia. （2）^32P radiation therapy group （76 patients）： ^32p solution was dropped into the gauze evenly. After drying, the gauze was fixed on the surface of the lesion for radiation therapy susfained about 3 hours. Repeating therapy was necessary atan interval of one week until recovery. The recent and 10ng-term therapeutic effects, side effects, complications were abserved. Results （1）In microwave therapy group, the recover rate, relapse rate, incidence of side effects and complications was 55.3%, 44.7%, 84.2% and 36.8% respectively. （2）In ^32p radiation therapy group, they were 86.8%, 7.9%, 9.2% and 10.5% respectively. The therapeutic effect of ^32P radiation therapy group was significantly different than microwave therapy group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The ^32P therapy is significantly effectiveand. There is no injury, low relapse rate and few side effects.
