摘  要:以氯乙酸母液和甲醇为基本原料,通过连续酯化的方法制备了氯乙酸甲酯。实验结果表明对氯乙酸母液首先进行顶处理有利于酯化反应的进行;对甲基苯磺酸、固载磷钨酸的催化效果优于浓硫酸;母液与甲醇、催化剂的质量比对氯乙酸甲酯的质量收率存在显著影响;催化剂的使用次数对氯乙酸甲酯的质量收率也有一定影响。以固载磷钨酸为催化剂时,母液与甲醇的质量比宜在5.0:3.0-5.0:4.0范围内,其与催化剂的质量比宜在25:2.0-20.3.0范围内,固载磷钨酸的重复使用次数以5—6次为宜,在此条件下氯乙酸甲酯的质量收率可以保持在40%以上。Methyl monochloroacetate was prepared through continuous estemization method with mother liquor of chloroacetic acid and methanol as raw material. The experimental results indicated that it was advantageous to esterinization to treat the mother liquor of chloroacetic acid previously. The catalysis property of p - toluenesulfonic acid or the immobilized phosphotungstic acid was better than surfonic acid. When the immobilized phosphotungstic acid was utilized as catalyst, the mass quantity ratio of the mother liquor to methanol and catalyst could be 5.0 : 3.0 - 5.0: 4.0 and 25 : 2.0 - 20: 3.0 respectively. The reused number of phosphotungstic acid catalyst could be 5 - 6. Under these conditions, the quantity yield of methyl monochloroacetate could maintain above 40 %.
