摘 要:对9.5~19.5日胚龄的新扬州鸡胚蛋称重,并对部分组织器官进行测量分析。结果表明:孵化过程中相对胚重随胚龄的增大而增加,呈强正相关(P<0.01)。16.5~19.5日胚龄的胚重与入孵蛋重呈极显著相关。胚重、肝脏重、肌胃重、肠重、胫骨长随胚龄的增大而增加。各组织器官在胚胎发育中期的相对生长强度大于后期。胚胎及其组织器官的生长,既取决于胚胎的生理功能需要,同时也与营养物质的获取有关。Egg weight before incubation and embryo partial organ weight from 9.5^th to 19.5^th of new Yangzhou chick breeding eggs during incubating were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the relative embryo weight increased during incubation. Both each were positive correlative(P〈0.01). The embryo weight was positive correlation with egg weight from 16,5^th to 19.5^th during incubating. Embryo weight,liver weight,glzzard weight,intestines weight and shin length increased with increasing of chick embryo age. The organs' relative growth rate in the middle period of incubating was faster than that of late period. The growth of embryo and its organ was affected by demand of embryo physiological function,and it was connected with obtainment of nutrition at the same time.
