摘  要:用淀粉与氯乙酸在碱性条件下发生醚化反应制备了较高取代度羧甲基淀粉。探讨了反应温度,反应时间,氢氧化钠用量,氯乙酸用量和水分含量等因素对羧甲基淀粉取代度的影,确定了最佳反应条件。结果表明,用乙醇溶剂法制备羧甲基淀粉工艺合理,操作简单,易于控制,产品具有良好的稳定性和较高的取代度,应用前景较好。The etherification of starch and chloroacetic acid under alkalinity condition was introduced and the high substitution carboxyl methyl starch was prepared in this paper. The factors which affected DS of carboxyl methyl starch, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, consumption of sodium hydroxide, consumption of chloroacetic acid and moisture content, were discussed in this paper. The best reaction condition was determined. The results showed that alcohol solvent process for carbexyl methyl starch preparation are reasonable, the operation is simple and easy to control, the product has the good stability and higher degree of substitution, the application prospect is good.
