摘 要:将聚乙烯醇与四氯化钛在二甲基亚砜和无水乙醇混合溶剂中进行反应,制得了负载钛酸酯催化剂PVAC-1,研究了在其催化作用下,合成邻苯二甲酸二环己酯(DCHP)的催化荆用量、重复使用次数与酯收率的关系以及反应体系温度随时间的变化情况。结果表明该催化剂具有与烷基钛酸酯Ti(OBu)4相当的催化活性,在120—200℃下,反应7h,催化剂用量为物料总质量的0.9%-1.1%时,酯的收率即可达到86.5%,重复使用5次后,收率仍在80%以上,且该催化剂制备方法简单,易与产物分离。A stable polymer supported titanate PVAC - 1 was synthesized by reaction of titanium tetrachioride with polyvinyl alcohol in dimethyl sulfoxide and ethyl alcohol solutions. The relations between amount of catalyst , reuse times and yield of dicyclohexyl phthalate (DCHP), the relations between reaction temperature and reaction time were studied . The results showed that the catalyst has the same catalytic activity as Ti(OBu)4, and the yield of dicyclohexyl phthalate reachs 86.5 % under reaction temperature 120- 200℃, reaction time 7 h, catalyst amount 0.9 %-1.1% of total raw materials, and remains yield is over 80 % after reusing 5 times. It is proved that the catalyst can be separated easily from products and can be recovered and reused.
