摘 要:从中间包工作衬所用耐火材料的发展历史出发,将其所用耐火材料大致分为四代———无工作衬、绝热板、涂料和干式振动料。然后分别阐述此四代中间包工作衬用耐火材料的性能和实际使用过程中应注意的问题,并比较得出其各自性能的优缺点。最后重点论述最新一代———第四代工作衬,即干式振动料的发展背景、目前研发中存在的问题及作者对研发该干式振动料的总体思路和预期推广应用前景。From the developing history perspective of the working lining for continuous casting tundishes, the working lining can be divided into four generations——non-working lining, insulating board lining, coating materials and dry vibrating materials. Then their performance and the problems during their practical use are introduced respectively, and their advantages and disadvantages are concluded through comparisons. Finally it is mainly discussed on the 4th generation——dry vibrating materials——about its developing background, problems while researching and developing at present, as well as its overall research & development clue and its promising application prospect from the author' s viewpoint.
