浅谈抢篮板球的技术与配合

摘　　要：抢篮板球是篮球运动中的重要技术部分,准确判断篮板球反弹的方向、抢占有利位置、及时起跳、凶悍的争拼、抢球的牢固程度是抢篮板球中队员必须具备的特点;在比赛中,根据情况,制定抢篮板球的配合方法,布置好每个场上队员应控制的区域和得球后的战术衔接;运用理论分析的方法,阐述队员冲抢篮板球的重要作用;指出技术是冲抢篮板球能力的核心;配合是冲抢篮板球能力的保障。The backboard recovery plays an important technical part in basketball playing estimating the direction of the rebound accurately, occupying an advantageous position, jumping promptly, struggling courageously, snatching the ball securely, all the above are very necessary to the basketball players. In the match, we should work out the methods of backboard recovery; arrange the area and location belonged to each player and their tactical linkage after obtaining the ball. This paper aims to illustrate the importance of technical and coordination in backboard recovery by way of the theoretical analysis. The technical plays the role of a nucleus in backboard reeovery while the coordination among the players guarantees the success of it.
