高等教育大众化背景下普通高校体育院(系)面临的困境探讨

摘　　要：运用文献资料等方法,对我国高等教育大众化形成动因以及对体育高等教育的影响进行分析,认为政府干预是推动我国高等教育大众化的重要因素,普通高校体育院系在高等教育大众化时期将面临体育学科格局分布多样化、竞争加剧、教师队伍不稳定、办学资源获得渠道狭窄、就业压力进一步加大等困难,解读面临的压力,有利于理性认识大众化带给高等体育教育的影响,有利于体育院(系)确立科学的合理办学定位,也有利于化解现实规模扩大与教育教学质量下滑的矛盾。Using the methods of litearahure material,the author analyses the agent to our country higher education popularity as well as the influence to the sports higher education. They thought the government intervention was the important attribute to our country higher education popularity, the ordinary university sports courtyard will face a serie of difficuties： the sports discipline pattern distribution diversification ; the competition in the higher education popularity intensifies;the teacher troop is unstable;the channd,the school resources obtained is narrow, the employment pressure further her enlarges The pressure which is explaned,was advantageous to take to the higher sports education in the rational knowledge popularity ,was advantageous to establish the reasonable school localization, also was advantagecus to dissolve the contradiction of realistic scale expansion and the fall of education quality of teaching.
