摘　　要：对影响汽车维修企业员工期望薪资的因素进行了调查研究。将状态变量转化成虚拟变量后,运用逐步回归技术进行因素的回归分析。通过计算回归方程的标准回归系数,对各种影响因素进行排序,为企业制定员工培训策略提供理论依据。The investigation of the factors of employees＇ expectant salary was described in this paper. The stepwise regress technology was applied to analyze the factors after virtualization of status variables. The sequence of every factors were given by importance according to the calculated standardized coefficients of the regress equation, that will apply as the theory basis when establish the training strategy for the employees.
