大型水电工程移民安置实施规划探索与实践

摘　　要：建设征地移民安置是水电工程建设的重要组成部分,根据国家有关规定,水电站工程开工后必须编制建设征地移民安置实施规划,作为开展移民工程施工图设计和进行移民安置实施的依据。目前的规程规范对实施规划工作内容、工作深度等未做具体规定。为此,结合小湾水电站移民安置实施规划工作等,就建设征地和移民安置实施规划的工作内容、工作程序等进行论述,以期与同行共同探讨。The migration resettlement of construction expropriated land is an important parts of construction of hydroelectric engineering. According to national relevant specifications,the actualized planning of the migration resettlement of construction expropriated land must be designed after the project opened.The planning is the gist of opening shop drawing design and the operation of migration resettlement,but the current rules and specifications do not make a detailed direction about the work contents,work depth etc.of the actualized planning.Combining the works of the migration resettlement of Xiaowan Power Station, this article mainly express opinions about the work contents, work processes etc.of the migration resettlement of construction expropriated land,and hoping to discuss and communicate with readers.
