玻璃带实时质量检测新方法研究

摘　　要：目前,浮法玻璃缺陷妨碍了它在重大技术领域中的应用,它不但影响了产品的外观,而且由于它的不平整度及屈光度的影响,使得人们透过玻璃观察实物时受到障碍。为此必须研制新的检测方法在浮法玻璃带退火窑出口处至浮法线切割之间区域进行质量检测,对不符合质量标准的玻璃缺陷在线切割。本文提出一种新的检测方法实时相移数字云纹检测方法,该方法不仅能够对气泡、结石、锡点以及其它类缺陷进行有效的分类,而且能够进一步地测出缺陷的尺寸、形状、位置及屈光度等质量参数,并且最小缺陷尺寸的检测量级能达到0.5mm。本文还开发出了一套完整的检测系统,其硬件系统包括高速线阵摄像机、荧光灯、光栅、PC机;软件系统由改进的边缘跟踪算法、求相解相算法、噪声处理及各种图像处理算法组成。The defects of Fufa-glass block its application in some important technological fields. The defects not only influence the appearance of the product but also make it impossible to observe the entity through defected glass because of its inequalities and diopter. So we must find a kind of detect method to detect the quality of the glass between the exit of furnace and linear cut location then cut off the part which doesn＇t satisfy the quality requirement on the product line. Based on this demand, this paper brings in a new detect method--The detect method of real-time digital phase-shifting moires. This method can classifies the air bubble, sulphide, tin dot and other defects and can measure some parameters such as the size, location, diopter of the defects. In addition, we develop a system consisted of hardware and software. The hardware includes high speed line CCD, fluorescence light, grating and PC, while the software includes improved edge tracking arithmetic, wrapping and unwrapping arithmetic, immune-noise and image processing arithmetic.
