摘 要:针对生态承载力调控方法单一、缺少实例研究等问题,建立了基于生态系统健康的生态承载力调控模式;基于相对简便的评价指标,构建了自然、社会和经济系统健康评价计量模型和标准,提出了自然-社会-经济系统健康的联合维育方法;并以黄河流域青海片为研究区域开展了实例研究.结果表明,各项调控和维育措施实施后,黄河流域青海片2015年自然系统生态承载力水平明显提高,可基本恢复到现状年水平;社会系统健康保持稳定;经济系统健康等级明显提高.A regulatory model of the ecological carrying capacity (ECC) based on the ecosystem health is developed to improve the methods in previous studies, which did not include case studies. A quantitive model and appraisal standards of the state of social and economic systems health based on simple indices are proposed. In addition, improved methods of the naturalsocial-economic system health are explored. These model and methods are then applied to ECC studies on Qinghai Province in the Yellow River Basin, and results show that after all proposed measures be implemented,both ECC indices and the healthy state of the studied area in 2015 will increase to the levels of 1999. Furthermore,the social system' s health of the studied area will remain unchanged, while the economic system will be improved.
