烟实夜蛾滞育蛹和非滞育蛹生化特性的比较研究

摘　　要：测定了烟实夜蛾滞育蛹和非滞育蛹甘油、血淋巴蛋白、糖原、脂肪等含量的变化.结果表明,在预蛹阶段,滞育蛹和非滞育蛹的甘油含量差异不显著,3日龄和5日龄的滞育蛹甘油含量显著高于非滞育蛹;滞育蛹血淋巴蛋白含量略高于非滞育蛹,但两者之间的差异不显著;滞育预蛹的糖原显著高于非滞育预蛹,但发育至3日龄时急剧下降,发育至5日龄时糖原含量仍保持在3日龄的水平,非滞育个体的糖原含量从预蛹发育到3日龄蛹时基本保持在一个水平,而发育至5日龄时,糖原含量急剧下降;滞育蛹脂肪含量高于非滞育蛹,二者在预蛹期的差异达显著水平.A study was conducted on the changes of glycerol, hemolymph proteins, glucogen and fat content of diapause and non-diapause pupae of Helicoverpa assulta. The results showed that, during pro-pupae stage, there was no obvious difference between glycerol content of diapanse pupae and that of non-diapause pupae, but the difference was significant during 3-day pupae and 5-day pupae; Content of haemolymph proteins of diapause pupae was higher than that of non-diapanse pupae, but the difference was not significant between diapanse and non-diapanse pupae from pre-pupae to 5-day pupae; Glucogen content of diapanse prepupae was significantly higher than that of non-diapause pupae, but the content decreased from pre-pupae to 3-day pupae. For non-diapause pupae, the glucogen contents of pre-pupae and 3-day pupae remained basically at the same level, but during 5-day pupae stage, the content of glucogen decreased rapidly ; Fat content of diapanse pupae was higher than that of non-diapanse pupae, the difference of pre-pupae was significant.
