摘　　要：循环经济发展的乘数效应体现在:循环经济发展产生的和谐效应、引起的技术革命效应和思想启蒙效应。要保证我国循环经济发展的乘数效应能充分体现,应对当前存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上从政府、技术水平、人们意识的提高等方面寻求解决的对策。The multiplier effect brought by developing recycled economy can show itself in the following aspects: harmonious effect, effect of technological revolution and enlightenment effect. In order to guarantee the fulfillment of the multiplier effect, we should analyze the problems existing in recycled economy and take some measures to solve the problems by perfecting government's function, enhancing technology and improving human cognition.
