摘  要:目的:研究霉酚酸酯对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AITD)SD大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF)α影响。方法:通过RT-PCR方法对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎SD大鼠甲状腺组织TNFα的测定,了解霉酚酸酯等对AITD发生的干预机制。结果:EAT大鼠的肿瘤坏死因子水平均明显高于霉酚酸酯组、对照组(P<0.05)。结论:霉酚酸酯可能通过对肿瘤坏死因子α的抑制而对自身免疫性甲状腺炎能起到有效的预防及治疗作用。Objective:To Investigate the effect of Mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of EAT by observing the relative expressions of TNF- αin thyroid tissues. Methods: EAT model was established in SD rats by injection of swine thyroglobin combined with adjuvant. Its mechanism was studied by detection of thyroid autoimmune antibodies (TGAb and TPOAb)and the relative expressions of TNF- αof thyroid cells through RT-PCR. Result: the relative expressions of TNF- αwere fewer in normal control and the rats treated with Mycophenolate mofetil than in EAT rats without treatment (P〈0.05) Conclusion: Mycophenolate mofetil has a therapeutic effect on EAT. The mechanism by which Mycophenolate mofetil exerts,its effects may be through the suppression of TNF-α expressions of thyroid cells.
