摘　　要：网络环境下,高素质的图书馆员队伍是当代图书馆最重要的资源和首要财富。加强图书馆人力资源开发与管理,能够适应网络环境下的对外服务模式,最大限度地满足图书馆服务对象对图书馆文献信息的需求,完成图书馆的使命。本文阐述了网络环境下,图书馆人力资源开发与管理的意义,并提出了相应的措施。Under network environment, talented team is the most important resource and wealth of contemporary library. Strengthening the development and management of human resources of library, can adapt oneself to a mode serviced outward under network environment, can fully satisfy the library＇ s demands of documents and information about targets of library service. The essay elaborates its significance.
