摘　　要：针对目前我国无排气管真空显示屏生产设备依赖进口的现状,提出了无排气管真空显示屏真空排气机控制系统的工作原理及设计方案,重点讨论了系统的关键技术及其特点。实践证明,该系统能保证工艺的一致性与稳定性,从而提高了产品质量;而且该系统操作简单,抗干扰能力强。According to the situation that the VFD Vacuum Exhaust Machine without ventpipe relied on the import, the paper proposed the control system design scheme of Vacuum Exhaust Machine. The key technology and specialties was discussed. This technique ensured the con- sistency and the stability of vacuum exhaust; moreover, enhanced product quality. The whole system was provided with the advantage of the strong anti-jamming capability, the reasonableness in design and the convenience in operation.
