摘　　要：以韩山师范学院自主设计开发的与中国建设银行潮州分行合作收取学生学杂费的管理系统为背景,探讨了高等学校利用自身的网络资源优势,增强财务管理系统的功能问题:实现财务批量代扣与柜台实时收费相结合,从而达到实时入帐、自动更新收费数据的目的。This paper is based on the financial management system independently designed and developed by Hanshan Normal University under the cooperation of China Construction Bank Chaozhou Branch .It discusses that colleges and universities make use of their network resources to deduct a sum of money in batches and achieve real-time charging, so as to achieve real-time recording and automatically update data in the financial management.
