摘　　要：[目的]研究抢救老年危重病人适宜的静脉穿刺方法。[方法]将62例老年危重病人随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组32例采用颈外静脉穿刺。对照组30例采用四肢静脉穿刺。[结果]穿刺所需时间、一次穿刺成功、液体通畅良好、针头脱出方面实验组明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]老年危重病人实施颈外静脉穿刺比四肢静脉穿刺效果好，值得推广。Objective： To find out a proper way of venepuncturc for rescuing senile critical patients. Methods. A total of 62 cases of senile critical cases were divided into test and control group randomly. Puncture of external jugular vein was carried out for the test group （32 cases）, and puncture of extremity vein was carried out for control group （30 cases）. Results： In terms of puncturing time, one- time puncturing success, exodus of needle in test group cases were much better than that in control group patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of puncturing of external jugular vein carried out for senile patients is better than that of puncture of extremity vein, which is worth to be applied extensively.
