摘  要:用DCPTA和唏效唑分别处理K326和G80两个烤烟品种,共设置了4个平行的试验,研究了根系脱氢酶活性、生育期内叶绿素含量动态变化.研究结果表明:用唏效唑300 mg.kg-1和DCPTA 100 mg.kg-1分别处理K326、G80品种后根系脱氢酶活性都显著增强,且品种K326对两种生长调节剂的敏感度强于G80品种;K326经DCPTA 150 mg.kg-1与唏效唑300 mg.kg-1处理后和G80经唏效唑400 mg.kg-1与DCPTA 150 mg.kg-1处理后叶绿素含量均在生育前期增长幅度较大,旺长期都能够达到较高的叶绿素含量且成熟期开始分解,最后达到一个较好的水平.Used DCPTA and SS3307 processed separately K326 and G80 in this experiment, root dehydrogenase, change of chlorophyll in the tobacco's leaf separately with 4 parallel experiments were all took into account. The results are as follows: when the variety of K326 was treated by SS3307 with concentration of 300 mg·kg^-1 and DCPTA with concentration of 100 mg·kg^-1, the root dehydrogenase activity can be increased and this activity can be maintained after transplanting, This character was the same to the variety of G80. K326 to two kind of growth conditioner sensitivity was stronger in G80 variety; After processed K326 with DCPTA 150 mg·kg^-1 and SS3307 300 mg·kg^-1 and after processed G80 with SS3307 400 mg·kg^-1 and DCPTA 150 mg·kg^-1 Their chlorophyll content were higher than CK in the birth earlier period growth, and could be decomposed at ripen stage.it finally achieved a good level.
